Ambinter cheminformatics service is proud to release MolEditor, a new powerful tool which will help you to easily create chemical database.

It has never been so easy to manage your compounds. With MolEditor, you can :

• Import a structure file (SDF or Smiles) or start drawing through the sketcher.
• Easily manage compounds (sort fields, add columns, compute descriptors, check commercial availability...)
• Export in one click your database in SDF, Smiles or even XLS format.

MolEditor is a free and open source software. You can download it and install it on your own server. Do not hesitate to contribute or just give your feedback and help us to improve it!
